Numer lock on start-up

Ok I have number lock enable in bios to be activated on
startup. But when XPPro Takes over it deactivates it.
I have edited the registry to set the number to 2, but it
still will not stay lit. Any Ideas??

Hi Donnie,

Did you apply it in the two areas?

Go to: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY CURRENT USER\Control Panel\Keyboard\
InitialKeyboardIndicators

0 = numberlock off
2 = numberlock on

If you want the numlock on at the welcome screen you also need to change:

HKEY USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard\
InitialKeyboardIndicators same number values as above.
