Numbers on top of columns

When I open a spreadsheet instead of having the letters
A,B,C,D,E,F,... running along the top I have the numbers
1,2,3,4,5,6,... how can i revert back to the original?

goto 'Tools - Options -View' and uncheck "R1C1 Reference Style"
 
Tools -- Options -- General. Under Settings, *un*check R1C1 style.
