Number of Emails in Inbox stuck

My sister inlaws Outlook inbox has no e-mail but no matter how many she
recieves or deletes she is stuck with 5 emails in her inbox.. seems to be
stuck.. I have ran Detect and Repair and it says theres no errors found.

Dear,
Have you tried to move those file to a different folder?
have you scan your pst file with scanpst?
