Number Conversion

Sir,

I am using cheque print option in my office, during
entering payment fields, while I enter amount in currency
field, I want next cell will automatically take that
currency value to be converted in text format.

e.g. Currency: 42,530/-
Text Amount: Forth Two Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty
Only.

So if it is possibel in MS Excel 2000 or 97 or in XP. It
can help me out.

if you want to convert a number like 100 to something
like 'one
hundred' use one of the following macros/procedures
