Nudging Autoshapes

Does anyone know how to change the nudge setting? I'm trying to move a few autoshapes and images VERY SLIGHTLY and the nudge arrows are nudging them too much.
 
Click the "Draw" icon on the Drawing toolbar and select "Grid". There you
can uncheck the "Snap to grid/objects" options.

Are you talking about using CTRL while moving with the arrows? If using the arrows moves it too much, hold down CTRL while using the arrow.
