Hi All
I have a client who has a clean installation of win
XP,this problem started a couple of days after
installation, an error message comes up on the desktop,
so after windows has
loaded,saying
"ntvdm.exe there is no disk in the drive, please
insert disk into drive/device/hard disk 1/dr1"
Can any body shed any light on this please
Thanks very much
Steve

The file, ntvdm.exe, is the Virtual DOS Machine.
This file is also implicated in attacks by the Blaster worm. Does this help?
