NTVDM Problems

KB841559 is mentioned for those having 16bit program
problems after installing KB828741. How do I get it?
Where do I get it? Thanks
 
Like the knowledge base article says you have to call Microsoft for it.
They won't charge you provided you don't mention anything else in the
call except that hot fix number.
