NTVDM is missing

Hello,
when I install a program, this message appear.
16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem
An Installation file required by NTVDM is missing,
execution must terminate C:\Windows\System32\ntio.sys
Choose "Close" to terminate the application.

I can't find a filename ntio.sys in my system32 folder,
or there is no really ntio.sys? Should I get a copy of
this file? What should I do? Thanks.

.
ntio.sys is a Windows/System32 file, it is on your
harddrive twice, once in C:\Windows\System32 and another
in C:\I386. Run a Search and it should find the one in
I386. You can copy and paste that one to the System32
file for they are identical.
