NTSC or PAL Computer Games...EXSISTENT?

Do computer games come in NTSC or PAL versions or are computers playable in
all cd/dvd drives?

This has nothing to do with Windows XP even if it had been written in
good English.

I seriously doubt it. NTSC and PAL are television transmission
formats, and have nothing whatsoever to do with computers. (Any output
formats from the computer to a television would be handled entirely by
the video controller and its drivers.)

But if you have a video output on your card you should be able to display it
on a TV.
