Ntlmssp errors

Hi I keep getting this error message for valid users and
accounts on our SQL server after an upgrade to sp3. I
would like to know if it is possible to disable NTlmssp
authentication and use Kerberos instead as it is the
windows accounts it locks out not local

Logon Failure:
Reason: An unexpected error occurred
during logon
Logon Process: NtLmSsp
Authentication Package:
MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0
