NTLDR

This is a re-post but this problem will not go away. Machine boots to "NTLDR
is missing. Press any key to restart". I have done fixmbr and fixboot. I have
copied NTLDR and NTDETECT from the XP disc. The machine will start with the
XP disc in the drive. Thursday is payroll and this machine has to be back at
the office to do it. I'm desperate. Please help.

Mike, check to see if you have a floppy disk in the drive. If yes, remove
it.

Make sure that you don't have any floppy disk in your floppy drive.
