NTLDR is Missing

I get this message when I start up my computer

"NTLDR is missing" Then it tells me to restart the
computer, but I get the same message everytime I restart.

HELP!!!

Remove all floppies and CD-ROMS. Then reboot.

Make sure you have no floppy disk in the A: drive

Use your 2000 CD and strat in cmdcons copy ntldr to the
root of C:\. You may then have to run a repair on it if it
comes up with another error
