"NTLDR is compressed". fixboot and fixmbr commands do not help in Recovery Console

Hello
I deleted "c:\ntldr" file by mistake. I copied the file from Windows XP Pro
SP1 cd-rom to c:\, but now I get "NTLDR is compressed" message. fixboot and
fixmbr commands do not help in the Recovery Console. How to remove the
message?
