ntldr / bcupdate2 win xp pro

I have been unable to boot due to the 'NTLDR is missing'
message.

I have reason to beleive that my problem is that defined
in knowledge base article 320397. I have been unable to
contact microsoft via the 'online assited support' due
to...

'There are no online support options available for the
selected product. You may go back and select another
product.....' (I selected windows xp in the UK!)

I just need the bcupdate2 hotfix and installation
instructions given my circumstance.

I have a genuine orginal version of xp pro.

The only way to acquire the hotfix is to contact Microsoft Support.
Give them a telephone call.
