I am consistently getting dumped off AOL when I try to
load web pages. The error message I get says there has
been an error in the ntdll.dll module followed by a stack
trace where OSMIM.DLL is prominently mentioned. I have
communicated with AOL and the conclusion is that it is a
Windows malfunction. Can anybody tell me what to do?

Apparently, you have some spyware running that is interfering with AOL.
