NTKE errors on bootup

After restarting the computer and picking a windows user profile I get
repeated NTKE32.EXE errors. After clicking through all the error windows and
(sometimes) sending error reports to microsoft then eventually the desktop
loads up and everything is normal. This is just annoying and extends my
bootup time to desktop to 2 or 3 minutes. Just taking a stab at the problem I
disable the prefetch folder function on startup and also disabled my norton
antivirus but neither seemed to do the trick. Im getting the impression that
this issue is unique since finding information on a process named NTKE32.exe
is futile. Any suggestions?

Here is my own update to my own post. I downloaded spybot and adaware and ran
them in safe mode. several items came up which were quarantined and deleted.
Also I decided to change the name of the ntke32 file in my prefetch folder to
ntke22 so that maybe windowns would not recongnize it at startup. (read this
tip pertaining to another problem somewhere). Anyhow one of those three
things worked. It seems the least likely but I think it was changing the name
of the ntke 32 folder that did it. I could always change it back to 32
instead of 22 and reboot to verify but im to lazy and have been dealing with
problem to long. Anyhow hope this post helps someone sometime.
