In that instance "old BIOS" it's a hassle to flash it. No doubt minimal
hassle solutions were tried first - like looking for the option to
enable legacy support. And as mentioned, in the cases of where it's a
hassle solution(and I don't want the hassle), then i'd just use Ps2
keyb/mouse all the way, rather than USB keyb/mouse that don't always
work.

(interesting point is that. Win XP PE - or the one I downloaded -
needed the BIOS to give "USB Legacy support")
 
It is free but the free version doesn't do anything. It only allows you to
view and in some areas will prompt you to buy the retail version in order to
use that feature.

If you can get the free version to do something then I'm wrong
