NTFS

I recently converted my Win XP partition from FAT32 to NTFS, and now
my browsing has drastically slowed down. Doing a speed check at DSL
reports and Speakeasy shows my connection is good, almost 3 mbps, but
pages don't load anywhere near as fast as they did before. Any
suggestions?
