NTFS

How can I tell if this PC is a FAT32 or NTFS? I can load VS.NET without NTFS and not certain if I do or don't or how to convert all to NTFS. Can you help?
 
Right click on a disk in Explorer to see how is disk formated.
I don't know if there is a way to convert a fs, though.

You can convert FAT to NTFS, using (voila) convert.exe:

convert volume /FS:NTFS
