Can anyone help with this one. Is it possible for a Win
ME computer with FAT32 formatted drive to be networked to
a Win XP computer with NTFS formated drive? Will the XP
computer be able to read the ME computer?

Yes. File system is irrelevant to networking between windows computers.
 
Expect problems from the ME machine. They are troublesome
when it comes to networking.
