NTFS vs FAT32

As I replace my Win98 with Win2k, I can choose Fat32 or NTFS. What's the major difference? I would
think that NTFS is more sturdy and reliable sicne it's the basis for NT but am not sure if it really
makes a huge difference.

Any opinions would be great.
