NTFS safety features

I am trying to find out:
When I set up a system (2000 or XP) in FAT32 rather than
NTFS, which specific safety/security features will not be
available?

Will appreciate any and all feedback

all of them. ;-)
FAT was not designed with security in mind. Use NTFS unless you have an
absolute need for FAT32.
