NTFS FILE SYSTEMS

IM STRUGGLING TO SET UP A NTFS FILE SYSTEM ON ONE HALF OF
MY HARD DRIVE I DO ALL THAT IS ASKED THEN IM CONFRONTED
WITH "ENTER CURRENT DRIVE LABEL D:" ITS BAFFLING ME
CAN ANYONE HELP

Click Start, Run and enter CMD Press Enter. At the command prompt enter DIR X: Where X is the drive letter. The first line of the display is the volume label.

it is just asking you to give the partition a name...type in whatever you
