NTFRS File Size problem

I have a WIN2K-AS SP4 running as a DC and has a NTFRS.JDB
file that is 1.2GB The rest of the servers have a 2MB
file size. Does anyone know how to reslove this?
Thanks for any help with this!

I chekced out the below link but could not find any
information on how to reduce the ntfrs.jdb file size.

Anyone have any ideas?
