NTFRS 13505 error

Hello all,

In my AD network I'm getting alot of NTFRS 13505 errors, that state:
The File Replication Service has
stopped after taking an assertion failure.This server is GC and does
not hold any of the FSMO roles. All DCs are at SP4.

This is happening everytime I start the FRS service. Service contral
manager errors too!

There is a tool called ntfrsutl from the W2K Resource Kit that can
help you in verifying if ntfrs service is corrupted and / or it needs
to be rebuilt (see burflag key).
