ntdll.dll Exception Error

We are using a Win2000 Advanced Server as a clinical
application server. We are recently getting the following
error.

"Exception EExternalException in module ntdll.dll at
0002c797 External Exception c0000026".

When the error occurs the client station hang for a few
seconds and everything goes back to normal.
We have installed SP3.
Does anybody have any idea?
