NTBackup Server 2003

How do you get NTBackup back if all it sayd is that it is searhing for backup
devices and just hangs there until you end the process.

I recommend you repost your question in a Server newsgroup (because it has
nothing to do with Windows XP) and include the following essential details:
- What you're trying to back up.
- Where you're trying to back up to.
- What the backup command line is. You can see it in the Task Scheduler.
