NTbackup command line file exclussion

I need to exclude files by a specific extension type or by folder name from
the ntbackup command line utility. Is it possible?.

No. Ntbackup.exe takes its file selection from the nominated .bks
file. Your needs might be better served by an alternative approach
(e.g. a batch file using xcopy.exe, xxcopy.exe or robocopy.exe)
or a third party product such as Acronis.
