NT4 Drivers

We have a Windows 2000 File/Print Server with NT 4 and 2000 clients.

Does anyone know of any issues installing NT4 drivers under Additional
Driver.

Have a look here for a general discussion:

One issue is that version 2 drivers (NT4 drivers) run in kernel mode which
can potentially cause the whole server to crash should something go haywire.
Version 3 drivers (2000+) are user mode and therefore inherently more
stable. If you have a spare NT 4.0 Server lying around, I'd say the best
practice is to use it as the print server for your NT4 workstations and keep
the 2000 clients separate. Pain in the a**?? Yeah....

Hi Michael,

There should not be any issue, by installing NT4 drivers
under Additional
Driver, by this you will be supporting Point and Print
support for NT clients.
