NT4 Domain to 2003 Active Directory

We're currently running an NT 4 Domain, our group company
is running 2003 Active directory, we need to migrate over
to their AD and our domain be an OU within their AD Domain,
could anyone let me know which would be the easiest and
painless path to take on this.

Create the OU in the 2003 domain and then use ADMTv2 to migrate the user and
computer accounts over.
