NT4 DHCP Windows 2000 Native mode

We have an NT4 DHCP and are currently in a mixed mode environment. We were
investigating moving to native mode and are wondering if there are any
caveats to leaving the NT4 box as the DHCP server.

To add to the confusion, we are also pondering PKI and Certificate services.

NT4 DHCP does not support DNS registration of clients that do not support
DDNS registrations. (Such as NT4 and Win9x clients)

How to move a DHCP database from a computer that is running Windows NT
Server 4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows Server 2003...:
