Alan Woodward
A question that I expect has been asked many, many times before!!
I have a number of NT4 Workstation clients that are on an AD W2k Domain. I
want to do a time sync for the workstations to the PDC emulator on login
(through a login script).
On execution of the script, the error message "A required priviledge is not
held by the client" is displayed.
This would be so - as the clients (obviously) don't have the rights to
change the system time.
Even if I set a GPO to allow clients to set the time, would this affect NT4
clients (who presumably can't read AD GPO's)??
Is there any way around this, so that I don't have to grant rights to the
user??
Advice gratefully welcome!!
Alan.
