NT password complexity setup

Hi, I need to force just certain users in to using
password complexity so instead of "password" they have to
use a capital and a number like "pAssw0rd" is this
possible?

Also where can I define the complexity?

Hi Andy

This pretty much covers what you need to know about passwords. Keep in mind
that this is a domain wide policy and not specific to particular groups and
users:
