NT On-Access Scanner service error

My computer with Win XP boots and it takes quite a long
time to remain idle until all the services are loaded.
Than comes the error message : NT On-Access Scanner
service could not be loaded
 
NT On-Access Scanner is part of McAfee's products. Please reinstall them or
contact McAfee.
