NT Authority/System

This has just appeared in the last two days. Every time I
go online a message window appears stating that my system
is going to close down in one minute.
I am not sure what or who this is happening. I bought the
laptop brand new from Dixons so I am not using any copied
Microsoft software.
Please advise as I use the net alot for business.

As soon as you can!

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:

Then go to WindowsUpdate to pick up the latest updates:
