I managed to check the msconfig server files and remote
procedure call is one of the essential files of some sort
so I'm not even able to disable it. And by the looks of
it, it seems to be a problem with all windows xp users or
with all broadband users. So either it should get set
right on its own.. or.. I dunno... someone has to figure
out what to do!

Run your antivirus program. When it locates the file that
has the worm in your PC, delete it. Then make sure your
firewall is enabled.
