Chances are you either have the blaster worm, or the
welchia worm. You can go to symantec.com and on the
homepage at the bottom, click on download virus removal
tools. From there you will find both links for both
fixes, when you click on a link it will take you to a
page and scroll down and you will see the link that says
download at. Download both fixes before exiting, then
click on start, right click on my computer, then under
the system restore tab, turn off system restore, we do
this becuse system restore will back up the worm if we
don't. Then restart your computer hitting F8 as it start
to turn on, then enter safe mode. Run both fixes to make
sure that both are off even though the welchia take the
place of the blaster. After both have been ran, restart
again. When you get back, go to microsoft.com and
download all the windowsupdates.
