NT Authority/System RPC Issue! XP keeps shutting down

R

Ryan

I just upgraded my Windows ME system to XP Home. At first
is was working fine until I went to WindowsUpdate and
added all of the "critical updates." Now everytime I boot
up the machine I immediately receive an error that
reads "NT Authority\System, Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Service Terminate Unexpectedly" and then the computer
gives me 1 minute to save my work and then reboots on me!
It does this in a loop continously. Can someone help me?!

Thanks,
Ryan
