NT Authority\system remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly

This is the error a client of mine gets every time they
attempt to connect to the internet. The computer then
tells them that a shutdown sill occur in 60 seconds..
They checked for viruses - there were none...

Any clues? or suggestions?

I checked the knowledge base and I didn't find anything
that I thought was similar.

Funny none of my clients have this problem...oh wait I secured their
computes.
