Windows 2000 benefits:
Plug and Play support
Native USB support
Infrared support
Full support for Active Directory
More commonly supported by most hardware
Still full support from Microsoft

Well for one Windows 2000 comes with a built in Web Server. NT4 does not.

NT4 is long past its support. Windows 2000 is close to the end. NT4 will never have another Service Pack. Windows 2000 might.

This question is quite off topic.
The answer is: NT4 has no device manager.
