NSIS Error

I have to wait more than a minute when trying to open icons on my desktop
such as IE, My computer and different folders [My Documents]. Before that, i
used to get a warning that read: "NSIS error.This might be a result of a
failed download or a virus.... try to obtain a new copy.." Now i dont get
this warning but I still have to wait for a minute for the above mentioned
icons to open.
Also when trying to open new windows on IE, IE freezes for a minute.
If any one could help me... ill be very greatful!

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW
