A problem I've had ever since installing win2000 is that in almost every
case when a program opens an input box asking for a
filename-location-etc to save to or switch to, I have only 1 option
available, "desktop".
There seems to be no way to get past this and point to another drive or
folder.
What I'm trying to say here is even though I'm being prompted for a
location, there is no drop down file tree option available, this is
something I have never seen with other versions of windows.
Can anyone point me toward a solution?

Thanks
James.
