NOTIFICATIONS OF TAGS,COMMENTS AND\OR MESSAGES DO NOT APPEAR

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS LIVE MAIL, I DO NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS
FROM TAGS THIS PROBLEM HAS EXISTED FOR OVER A WEEK. I HAVE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD
WINDOWS LIVE ESSENTIALS BUT WHEN THE DOWNLOAD GETS TO (MSN EROR REPORTING APP
IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD) I HAVE TRIED EVERY WAY THERE IS DOWNLOAD THE UPGRADES
AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.

You are having more problems than what you are describing. You Caps lock on your
keyboard is stuck because you are posting in Caps which is hard to read and also is
considered shouting. Next issue is that you are posting to the wrong newsgroup. You
should be posting to the one below as I posted it for you
