Notifications in IE

Int he environment that I am working in, it bacame
necessary to forbid our users to download programs onto
their machines. Unfortunately, I do not have a server to
control the PC's, and so I am using a local security
policy through Group Policy editor. I am in an XP Prof.
Environment. My problem is, after I have disabled Active
X scripts, and disbled downloades in the browser, (IE 6,
SP1), everytime one of my users goes to a page, they get a
notification that I have disabled those features. Once
would be fine...but it happens on almost every page. Any
ideas on how to turn these notifications off?

Thanks,
Mike

Hello,
for anyone who is interested, I found the answer to my
own question. I had only granted my users "Users" access
to the PC. When I logged in as an admin equiv, the
messages were gone. So, I granted my users admin rights,
and then used my GP editor to lock down all the functions
that I didn't want them to have. Seems to be working
great.

Thanks,
Mike
