Notification Icon

Does Windows mail still receive mails from my ahoo account if i close the
mail window? when i'm using outlook 2007, there is a notification icon on the
tray, however, window mail does not do that. Is there any way I can get the
icon when i close/minimise the window mail?

Windows Mail does not have that feature, but there is a third party
