Notification envelope

I do not get anymore the notification envelope in the
system tray bar.Any idea how to solve it?

using Outlook 2002 with exchange..but until the day
before yesterday was working

Tools | Options. Under Preferences, click on Email Options, and from
there Advanced Email Options. The 2nd section from the top is where
you would want to set what happens when new mail arrives, and you'll
want to check off the option to have an envelope icon appear in the
system tray.

That should do the trick - please let me know if it doesn't work, and
I'll come up with something else :)
