Notification Area background color

What is the default (Blue scheme) RGB for the Notification Area? I have a
Weather Watcher icon and would like so set its background color so the
temperature appears to have a transparent background. So far 56 / 146/ 255
is close, but not perfect.

I took a screenshot and then used PhotoShop to detect the color. In RGB
form, the color blue you're looking for is:

17, 143, 233

There you are ;-)
