Nothing Seems to Fix it!

HELP!

This is my fifth complete re-do of my site. I watch my logs, and only one
of two visitors were making it past the homepage, so I stole ideas off of
competitors to make the site more likely to "suck people in."
I worked on this all night last night, only to publish and have it all
messed up!
The menu on the left is individual hyperliked text. No shared borders.
When I add my shopping cart buttons, it throws off the entire spacing of the
columns to the left! I tried revealing all of the tags, and respacing to
that, but the shopping buttons with options are HUGE!
How to I give myself enough space to make this work? I want to keep the
colums/rows the way that they are on the left side, so that I can still use
"cell background" to creat the devisions in categories.
Any help would be great!

Looks ok.

The only thing I might doo is:

Split the product items into three cells for each item...put the name/description in the top cell, the image in the middle cell, eliminate the redundant price text and just put the dropdown price and buy button in bottom cell. This might help line things up a little more betterer.

The only thing was.... all those nipple shields made my chest hurt!!!
