Nothing in my timeline plays, but everything else is ok.

I'm making a video of my son and all yesterday it was working fine. Now,
about 40 minutes into working on it the playback of what I've done so far
won't work. The clips I have up above in the imported folders section still
work, but not what I need to edit. Help please! I'm trying to make this DVD
as a gift and need to finish up!
