I wanted to setup speech recognition, but whenever i click on ease of access
in the control panel it says: There are no items to display. What do i do?
Can someone help? Thanks

Speech recognition has its own icon in control panel, it's not under ease of
access. Go to the classic view of control panel and you'll see the icon.
Just click on it and you'll see options for setting up and starting voice
recognition.

Hello,

Try this:

- Click start
- Type: control C:\Windows\system32\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl
- Press enter

Nothing happens. I dont even think i have a folder called speech in System32.
Does anyone know what to do?

Who did you purchase your computer from? Have you called their help
desk? What version of Vista are you running?

Chris, you're beginning to sound like a troll. My advice is to reinstall
Vista. Put the Vista DVD into your computer while it already booted up
and select install/upgrade. It will then reinstall. You won't lose any
data and it will correct a bad install.
Otherwise, contact the company you purchased the computer from and have
them fix it for you.
